Sofa Company Malaysia strives to provide the best service for all of its customer, we know that sometimes assembling furniture is not everyone's forte; Hence, we will assemble the furniture that you bought on site or in our warehouse before delivering it to you with NO extra charge. Plus, if the product purchase is to be placed on another floor, we would be glad to accommodate that for you too and you will get to relax on the sofa immediately.

All deliveries time are taken place during normal business hours from 11:00am to 8:00pm (Monday to Friday).

Our team will send you a delivery confirmation before the delivery date, if there is a need to re-schedule the delivery, please do let us know ahead of time so we can arrange the transportation accordingly.

In the event that delivery (time & date) has been confirmed and no one to receive the product, there will be transportation fee charges for re-delivery.

At Sofa Company, we prefer our customer to be receiving the products, so you can inspect the product that you purchase. Nevertheless, if you prefer to have your products to be left on the front door, we can do that too, although, we are not responsible in the event the product goes missing.

Sofa Company Malaysia will ensure that your purchases are delivered in a timely manner, however, there may be time that there are unforeseen circumstances that affects the delivery of the product. Please be assure we will update you on the revised delivery date in the event this happens.
